Terms for website use, bookings and purchases with Keramiek Atelier Lijn.

These terms govern use of this website and bookings or purchases with Keramiek Atelier Lijn, Grote Houtstraat 64, 2011 SV Haarlem, Netherlands.
1. Services
We offer ceramics workshops, courses, open studio time, and handmade ware. Descriptions are indicative; kiln schedules may affect collection dates.
2. Bookings and payment
Prices are in EUR. Workshop and course places are confirmed after payment or written agreement. Deposits may apply for multi-week courses.
3. Cancellation
Workshops: free cancellation up to 48 hours before start; later cancellations may forfeit the fee. Course terms are stated in your confirmation.
4. Studio rules
Follow tutor instructions. The studio is not liable for personal belongings. Clay dust is part of the craft — wear suitable clothing.
5. Shop pieces
Handmade ware may show natural variation. Returns of unused, undamaged items within 14 days if purchased remotely, in line with Dutch consumer law.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant booking or product.
7. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Courts of Noord-Holland (Haarlem) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
